Circus box offices and booking department are opening from 10.08.2020 and work daily from 11:00 to 19:00. Lunch break: 15:00 to 16:00.

MONEY FOR CANCELLED SHOWS WILL BE RETURNED UNDER FOLLOWING RULES:

- Tickets bought in the circus box offices – from the moment of the box offices opening: from August 15 to September 30, 2020 inclusive. It is necessary to have tickets, passport, and receipt in case the tickets were bought by card, and to fill in an application for return at the place.

- Tickets bought in other box offices should be returned at the place of purchase.

Dear visitors, in connection with the fact that recently tickets to our Circus shows are sold by scalpers, (both in person and by internet), the administration of Nikulin Moscow Circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard would like to inform that tickets to our Circus shows are sold directly in the Circus box offices, located at: 13 Tsvetnoy Boulevard, Moscow, Russia, as well as by booking on the Circus official website http://www.circusnikulin.ru with further purchasing them in the said box offices.

When tickets are bought from other persons or by Internet (not from official partners of the Circus) and in case of any negative consequences, Nikulin Moscow Circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard does not bear any responsibility.

USEFUL INFORMATION

• Air conditioners work in the auditorium!
• Our circus is equipped with all necessary means for the protection of the audience: air recirculators, sanitizers! Before and after the show the sanitary treatment of the audience area is fulfilled by using disinfecting agents in accordance with the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor.
• Entrance to the circus is allowed only wearing a mask!
• You can receive lost items in the wardrobe during working hours on show days (please see shows schedule)
• Show duration is 2 hours 20 minutes (including intermission)
• A child under 6 years old can accompany an adult using the same ticket and sit on the lap of the adult. If you wish a separate seat for a child please buy a separate ticket.
• Our Circus is equipped for visitors with reduced capabilities (by using the elevator through the box offices hall).

Shows marked with with yellow color are pre booked shows. Pre booked shows are purchased by companies. Tickets are not available for these shows.

Conditions of tickets purchasing on the website:

• Purchase is only available online. Tickets can be paid by a credit card.
• Maximum amount of tickets allowed in one Internet order is six.
• After purchase, a letter with e-tickets will be sent to the e-mail address stated by you.
• The entrance to the event is only allowed with a printed-out ticket. A payment receipt does not enable you to enter the circus. Please print out your tickets in advance, before the show.

Auditorium plan and tickets prices

The mentioned prices are of indicative character. You can check prices for a particular circus show on our website or in the circus box office. The circus box office works daily from 11.00 to 19.00. Lunch break: 14.00 to 15.00. On days with afternoon shows lunch break: 12.30 to 13.30 (please check the schedule). On days with morning shows the box office works from 10.30 to 19.00.

Tickets purchase and booking

• Bookings cannot be made by telephone.
• You can book tickets on our website by filling in a booking form. After booking your tickets you will receive a confirmation with the order number, the same day, by e-mail. The tickets should be collected within three (3) days from receiving your order confirmation.
• Group orders (from 10 persons) are sold only during box office hours.
• Tickets for private individuals in the box office are paid in cash or by a credit card.
• Tickets for companies can be paid by bank transfer upon preliminary application.
• Tickets costing between 1500 to 5000 Rubles can be delivered to companies ONLY. The payment to the courier is in cash.
